    • Patrick Baudry
    El célebre espacionauta francés Patrick Baudry fue nombrado Embajador de Buena Voluntad de la UNESCO para los niños y la promoción de la cultura y la paz. Astronauta desde 1979, Patrick Baudry representa el sueño de todos los niños del mundo. Por este motivo, decidió dedicarse a la educación de los jóvenes. Con este fin, publicó varios libros sobre temas aeroespaciales y organizó un “Campamento Espacial Europeo para Jóvenes”.
    En 1998, Baudry creó la fundación “Siguiendo la estela de la Aeropostal” que reúne a los mejores estudiantes en ciencia. Participó a una serie de conferencias de alto nivel científico destinadas a los jóvenes, en el marco de un taller consagrado a la ciencia celebrado en agosto del 2001 en Malí, por iniciativa del Embajador de Buena Voluntad de la UNESCO, el doctor Cheick Diarra. Patrick Baudry es miembro del Consejo de Administración de la Fundación Internacional para la Tregua Olímpica.
