    This Forum was achieved on 30 August 2003 by the adoption of the Ohrid Message.

    UNESCO Director-General Mr Koïchiro Matsuura, H.E.Mr Boris Traïkovski, President of the Former Yougoslav Republic of Macedonia, Mr Ara Abramian, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, Mr Ilija Marinkovic, UNESCO Artiste for peace and others personalities attended this Forum.
