UNESCO participates in the 2019 European Radio Show in Paris

UNESCO is taking part in the annual European Radio Show in Paris, France. It is the largest radio show in the world, uniting the many stakeholders from around the world in the radio industry.

From the 24 to the 26 January 2019, the Organization will be present at the event in the Grande Halle de la Villette with a dedicated stand where participants at the event can interact with UNESCO staff, take away publications concerning communication and information and participate in the World Radio Day 2019 contest.

The European Radio Show brings together over 7,000 radio and other media professionals each year to interact through a number of workshops, interviews, talks, one-on-one meetings with radio experts and technology displays.

UNESCO invites the public to attend the European Radio Show and make themselves at home among the many exhibits and events. Visitors are encouraged to stop by the UNESCO booth to learn more about the activities of the Organization.
