Sur les hauteurs verdoyantes de Kingston, des légendes du Reggae se retrouvent pour enregistrer un disque. Plus de trente ans après leur âge d’or, ils s’apprêtent à repartir en tournée à travers le monde. Inna de Yard raconte l’aventure humaine de ces artistes vétérans du reggae – notamment Kiddus I, Winston McAnuff, Cedric Myton, Ken Boothe ou The Viceroys – qui, au-delà d’incarner un genre musical mythique et universel, font vibrer l’âme de la Jamaïque.
Film 2019, 99 minutes, version originale en anglais, sous-titrée en français – Sortie officielle en France le 10 juillet 2019.
La projection, en présence du réalisateur, sera suivie d’un échange avec le public
et d’une performance musicale par les artistes légendaires du projet Inna de Yard.
Le reggae de Jamaïque a été inscrit sur la Liste représentative du patrimoine culturel immatériel de l’humanité de l’UNESCO en 2018.

On the green heights of Kingston, legends of reggae gather to record a new album. More than 30 years after their golden age, they are preparing for a World Tour. Inna de Yard tells the adventure of these artists – notably Kiddus I, Winston McAnuff, Cedric Myton, Ken Boothe or The Viceroys – who embody a universal musical genre and the soul of Jamaica.
2019, 99 minutes, original version in English, subtitled in French– Official release in France 10 July 2019.
The screening in the presence of the Director, will be followed by an exchange with the audience and
a musical performance by legendary artists of the Inna de Yard Project.
Reggae music of Jamaica was inscribed in 2018 on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
