In a huge upset, Jim Braddock was a 10-1 underdog when he met heavyweight champ Max Baer at the Madison Square Garden Bowl in 1935. He entered the fight with a 50-25-7 record, yet this didn’t stop him claiming Baer’s crown & earning the nickname ‘The Cinderella Man’.
