Even with goals around employment of PWDs - mere employment numbers are meaningless & misleading - Once employed the PWDs must have professional development & promotion opportunities like others which so often not the case - Employer often content for person to remain in 1st job

How nicely & respectfully great talking about rights of persons with disabilities otherwise our PM on various occasions talked about person with disabilities with such arrogance as he's looking down on them,as disability is some crime or some sin?

@UNOG_DG To make the more relevant for all why not starting a worldwide volunteer initiative "7 Billion for 1", a global framework for the submission of ideas to all UN departments: spontaneous or as a response to challenges. Thank you.

I heard a lot of talk about inclusion for persons with a disabilities being employed in organisations Very few actually put it into practice. Preconceived ideas and focus on what they cannot do rather the positives that their talents can enrich the workplace
