I’m so tired, people, and feeling pretty down. If some of you could like this tweet so I don’t feel so alone, that would be great

No one chooses to have dark days! No one chooses to be miserable every day! No one chooses to feel worthless! No one chooses to be tired all the time! And no one chooses to have suicidal thoughts! Depression is not a choice!

I’ve been sucking at working on my WIP. Do you ever loose steam when writing? Because that’s where I am. I love my concept and characters, but it doesn’t feel as exciting anymore... maybe it’s just my talking

Depression doesn’t always show for all. Most of us know how to hide it so well that people around us think we’re “okay” when in reality, we are on edge; trying to maintain our breaking points, have a big smile on our face and not lose ourselves.

What would you choose if you had ? Two sessions of psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy, or 3 months of emotion-numbing SSRIs? In our for depression study, just two sessions of psilocybin therapy cured severe depression in 67% of participants for 5 weeks!

If you find it hard to manage self harm/suicidal urges, I would definitely recommend making a crisis box. If you haven’t checked out my crisis box video click the link. 😇 A must have for anyone who struggles in crisis 💕

🦋 I have a mental illness. But I prefer to say "I Battle" mental illness, instead of "I suffer" with it. Because mental illness hits, but I hit back. BATTLE ON !!

My depression is in remission until further notice. Except you won't get notice when the remission is over because depression is isolating like that. PS - is a disease, not a decision. And I'm here for it. You aren't alone if you live with depression too.
