Actually, it’s the only time they appear to be able to carry out the work since August is a quiet time. The line had been closed weekly between Camden road and Willesden Junction for major work I believe. But I cannot be carried out in one weekend and to shut it for a week is mad

Thank you but in the correspondence I’ve had so far, they’ve said it’s a Budget hire and not an Avis hire... about the only helpful thing they have said to be honest!

That’s really bad. Why do other areas of the U.K. get to benefit from outlet stores yet the South West has none? Why was Newton Abbott closed?
Very annoying for those looking for good deals.

No the return time was 9am. I returned the van at 9am as I had to move it before parking restrictions came in at 08:30am. You’re customer service rep claims I returned it after 11am and wants a fuel receipt to prove otherwise which I don’t have as I claim back mileage.

Yes but it’s not obvious sight. It’s not something you’re thinking about when the checkout assistant is packing your bags (I dislike self-service tills), and you’re getting out your wallet to sort out payment.

No. The aisle is so narrow, the food shelves stretch all the way to the end. Then you walk round to the crisps section and bakery in the Paddington station local branch.
You should locate them in view as you walk out after paying. I forget you stopped putting forks in your packs

@sainsburys so bloody annoying that you don’t include forks in your pasta meals like @Tesco
Just got on a train and realised I forgot to pick one up on the way out of the store and now have nothing to eat it with. Will go off by the time I can get cutlery. Waste of money!

I've boycotted Pizza Hut since 2015 because of cold food and their inability to compensate me.
Shame because they were my favourite pizzas but when a company pisses me off, I can switch off!
