In 1956 the first 🇮🇪 delegation attended the United Nations General Assembly. The 74th Session opens on 17 Sept-when 193 countries come together & each have 1 vote. One of 🇮🇪's first acts as a nation was to seek membership in 🌏forums & we are proud of our tradition.
