Are any other teachers out there feeling a bit lonely? Don’t get me wrong, I’m absolutely loving the start to my NQT year and teaching but can’t help but feel a little lonely. I think it’s to do with it being the start of something new! Anyone else feel similar?

I think one of the best things from the past 2 weeks at work has been the number of discussions in our science workroom around sharing resources and expertise. Working together, collaborating and getting better and better. A true team.

Calling on all the professors, instructors, teachers & educators in my network. Question for you: What does a successful lecture/lesson mean to you? (ie: What does it feel like? What does it look like? What is happening in that space you share with your students?)
