Special event on the occasion of the International Day of the Girl Child

On the occasion of the International Day of the Girl Child, UNESCO and Plan International France, in collaboration with its Youth Advisory Panel and with the support of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, are co-organizing a special event “Learn to lead: Girls’ education as a lever”.

The event will include a roundtable, with young leaders and key actors, and the award ceremony for the UNESCO Prize for Girls’ and Women’s Education. It will be followed by a reception hosted by the Permanent Delegation of China to UNESCO.
