Chloé Chimier is an associate programme specialist in the IIEP Research & Development team. She contributes to research and training activities related to decentralization of education and teacher management.
More specifically, she provides support to the design and coordination of IIEP’s research programmes on the use and usefulness of school grants, and the organisation and management of teacher careers.
She is also involved in distance and face-to-face training activities related to decentralization of education and teacher management.
Before she joined the Research & Development team, Chloé worked on IIEP technical cooperation projects and training activities related to integrating conflict and disaster risk reduction into education sector policy making and planning processes. She contributed to the development of vulnerability analyses, training materials and tools for crisis-sensitive planning.
