EMIS, development of indicator systems, school mapping, projections and simulation models, e-learning and instructional design and development.

Patricia Dias Da Graça is a Programme Specialist within the Research and Development Team. She is part of a research and training project on planning for early childhood education.

Patricia is also in charge of teaching and technical assistance activities focused on EMIS, indicators, projections, and simulation models.

Prior to joining IIEP in 1992, Patricia was responsible for the ILO/ UNFPA Population and Human Resources Unit in Cape Verde. She has also held posts as Researcher at the Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (INSERM) in Paris, and as Professor of Demography at the Paris-Nanterre University. She has, since then, co-operated with teams in several African, Asian and Latin American & Caribbean countries.
