Through two consecutive programmes undertaken for the European Commission, CfBT provided institutional support and technical assistance over 5 years to pro-poor basic education reforms in Cambodia. Under the first of the two programmes, CfBT contributed to the ongoing Education Strategic Plan and the Education Sector Support Plan in Cambodia. CfBT mapped out major sector reforms and provided a prioritised framework for educational development over the 5-year period in line with the Education for All National Plan.
