Le film présente un projet finance par le Fonds international pour la diversité culturelle (FIDC) et exécuté par le Centre Culturel Bactria à Dushanbe, au Tadjikistan. Grâce aux $ 85,000 mis à disposition par le FIDC en 2011-2012, Bactria a contribué à renforcer et à diversifier l’industrie musicale du pays en formant de jeunes musiciens émergents à la production et au management, et en leur donnant accès aux nouvelles technologies. Plusieurs jeunes artistes ayant bénéficié de cette formation, ainsi que les responsables du projet, partagent leurs expériences et nous offrent leur témoignage. Le film illustre la façon dont l’investissement du FIDC dans l’industrie musicale tadjik a permis à de nombreux jeunes talents de développer et de renforcer leurs compétences professionnelles.
