UNESCO hosts a Consultation Workshop on the Draft Periodic Report on the Implementation of the 2005 Convention in Viet Nam

Viet Nam is in the process of drafting its Quadrennial Periodic Report on the implementation of the 2005 Convention to show challenges and progress in reinforcing the creation, production, distribution and enjoyment of cultural goods, services and activities. UNESCO is supporting the nation’s cultural decision makers, civil society and creative professionals in drafting the report - through this process the key players have already recognized the importance of having a policy framework for fostering the value chain of cultural goods and services.
