With its more than 190 expressions of handicrafts know-how, the city of Isfahan is a point of reference in Iran and globally, as it was also nominated World City of Handicraft by the World Crafts Council (WCC).

Form 10 to 17 June, in the occasion of the World Handicrafts Day, the Creative City invited international artists to discover the cultural expressions of the city and share experiences in several exhibitions and workshops. The entire city was filled with works of local and international artists who commemorated together this day, incepted by the WCC.

The event hosted about 30,000 participants and enabled to develop international cooperation, share innovative ideas and explore Iranian cultural and creative environment.
