Wide Angle is a room for dialogue: writers, artists, scientists, intellectuals, journalists, filmmakers and other society actors, from different geographical and cultural backgrounds, meet here all together to discuss topical issues.

Acting as a forum for international debate, Wide Angle deals with themes of universal interest and reflects the diversity of cultural sensitivities in the world.

Wide Angle accompanies UNESCO in accomplishing it's overall mission: to question the world, to meet the challenges of our time, and to guide public opinion along the paths of peace.

Articles express the opinions of the authors and do not necessarily represent the opinions of UNESCO.
