Co-editor, Council of Europe / ERICarts 'Compendium of Cultural Policies & Trends in Europe', and: 'Culture and Human Rights' (concise dictionary). Expert for the European Commission & Parliament (e.g. Team Leader 'Renewed Structured Dialogue on Culture' 2014-16); the Council of Europe; UN Alliance of Civilisations; European Cultural Foundation; etc. Missions around the world for development agencies; international foundations; governments; the Goethe Institute; IFACCA; universities; etc. In addition to managing trans-national teams of experts and comparative studies, his expertise covers political, economic and legal questions in the arts, literature, heritage or the media; the status of artists; arts and cultural diversity education; cultural dimensions of development; gender equality; intercultural dialogue.
