Final Report on the International Assistance Missions to the Historic Centre of Puebla. Includes the report on the June 1994 Expert Mission

Description
At the request of the national and local authorities, an international expert undertook from 1994 onwards a series of missions to Puebla. The objective was to advise on urban development plans that were being prepared in the context of a regional development programme called Angelopolis and that would affect 27 building blocks within the World Heritage site.
