Please note that by registering with NORRAG the following details can be viewed by other members: Your name, your email, your country of residence and institution (but NOT postal address or telephone number), your LinkedIn account, your field(s), regions and country(ies) of expertise. 

If you do not wish any of your details to be available to other members, you can opt out of this by selecting ‘no’ to the question on the registration form: “I want my details to appear in the NORRAG Networking Tool”. 

If you wish your basic details to appear in the NORRAG Networking Tool, but not your email address, leave the field ‘Contact e-mail’ in the registration form’s Institution details empty. Please note that to register and for email subscriptions, we require an email address. This email address can be different from the email address you share in the NORRAG Networking Tool.   

The NORRAG networking tool is a mechanism that allows registered NORRAG members to access limited information about other members. NORRAG is not responsible for any exchange (financial or otherwise) or interaction that you may have with other NORRAG members that you contact via the information you access in the NORRAG Networking Tool.

Electronic Communications

When you visit norrag.org or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. NORRAG publishes a quarterly newsletter (NORRAG Bulletin). We send the newsletter to the email you have used to register (field email), if you have opted to receive it upon registration. You may unsubscribe either from the ‘my preference’ tab in the Member profile or directly from the link provided in the footer of the newsletter.
