Following the Call for Bids and the selection process, the city of Santos, a UNESCO Creative City of Film from Brazil, has been selected by the member cities to be the Host City of the 2020 UCCN Annual Meeting.

The UCCN Secretariat wishes to congratulate Santos for its selection, and extend its gratitude to Belém (Brazil) and Puebla (Mexico), the other two finalists, as well as to Nassau (Bahamas) and Isfahan (Iran), for their commitment to the selection process.

As customary, Santos will be officially designated as the Host City at the 2019 Annual Meeting to be held in Fabriano, Italy.
