DENITZA ARGUIROVA

Project design and management, school mapping and microplanning

Denitza Arguirova supports the financial and project monitoring of the Technical Cooperation team.

Denitza has been with IIEP since 2014, initially employed under the Administration team where she developed the Financial and Administrative Manual for the Institute. Currently, Denitza supports the oversight of all technical cooperation activities and projects, specifically the preparation of project proposals and the financial and implementation monitoring. 

She has also worked for the Director’s Office on the development of the new project management system for the Institute. Denitza supports the ATP courses on education development programmes and projects (EPM 314) since 2017, and micro-planning and school mapping since 2019. 

Prior to joining IIEP, she worked for UNESCO Headquarters in the Office of the Director General and for the Bureau of Financial Management.
