تهدف خطة اليونسكو الدولية لتنمية الثقافة العربية (أرابيا) إلى تعزيز المعرفة بشأن الثقافة العربية في العالم وإلى تشجيع فهم متبادل أكبر بين الثقافة العربية والثقافات الأخرى، وذلك من خلال تعزيز الحوار والتبادلات الثقافية. وتسعى الخطة أيضا إلى تعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات والتنوّع الثقافي والتنمية.
