The Centre of Arts of the Creative City of Enghien-les-Bains has recently designed a MOOC on Art and Digital Creation, in collaboration with the Orange Foundation. This free online course, which will be available until 2024 aims at raising awareness among cultural professionals and the general public about the many facets of digital creation, by exploring the approach of French and international artists and experts.
Organized by the Centre des arts of Enghien-les-Bains with the support of the Ile-de-France Region, Paris Digital Images Summit (PIDS) is a key rendez-vous of visual effects and digital animation.
From 13 to 17 June, Enghien-les-Bains, French Creative City of Media Arts, will hold the 10th edition of the Bains numériques, a biennale known to be an international hub of exchanges on creative digital innovation.
The XIth Annual Meeting of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) took place in Enghien-les-Bains, France, from 30 June to 2 July 2017. This event gathered over 250 participants, including a large number of mayors, representing about 100 Creative Cities.
From 25 to 28 January 2017, after a successful 2016 edition with Dennis Muren as a guest, the Centre des arts continues its collaboration with the Film Commission of Ile-de-France with a new edition of the Paris Images Digital Summit (PIDS). The PIDS is an event dedicated to digital creation in all its forms: from the VFX (Visual Effects) to VR (Virtual Reality), animation, CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) and 3D.
For the 9th edition called “Mondes sensibles”, the International Digital Arts Biennial gathered more than 26,000 visitors in Enghien-les-Bains during 5 days. The programme, which comprised an exhibition, installations in the city and an electro concert on the floating stage on the lake among others, was entirely free. The novelty of the festival, the Digital Factory, a 700m2 trade show with 30 exhibitors (universities, research institutes and French and international companies) had a large success. 
For over ten years, the city of Enghien-les-Bains, UNESCO Creative City for media arts, is committed to open digital creation to the public space. On the occasion of the winter season, the town organizes key artistic events all over the city. Video mapping projects (architectural projections) are offered to residents and visitors with the aim of highlighting the architectural beauty of the buildings and sublimate Christmas.
Enghien-les-Bains (France), designated as a UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts in 2013, has been chosen by the member cities to host the Network’s XI Annual Meeting. Following the online vote – launched in February and opened to the Cities designated before 2015 – to select the Host City of the 2017 UNESCO Creatives Cities Network (UCCN) Annual Meeting, the results are today unveiled: Enghien-les-Bains will be the city hosting the 2017 UCCN Annual Meeting from 29 June to 2 July 2017.     
From 28 to 30 January 2016, the Paris Images Digital Summit (PIDS) will be held by UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts Enghien-les-Bains Arts Centre with the support of Ile-de-France Film Commission.
