Mr Julius Mwahunga holds a degree in Education and a Masters in Development Studies. He was trained in disaster mitigation of urban cultural heritage at Ritsumeikan University in Japan. He also drafted nomination files for the Intangible Heritage lists and worked on community-based inventorying projects.
