Mr Gábor Soós, PhD, has a wide range of experience acquired over 12 years as a university lecturer in cultural heritage and civil servant in the field of world heritage, international cooperation and promotion of cultural heritage. He actively participated in the elaboration of the Intangible Heritage Convention and continues to provide professional advice and training on community-based inventorying and nominations to the Intangible Heritage Lists.
