Like IBE, INTED - (The Institute of Technology, Economics and Diplomacy, formerly known as Harriet Fulbright Institute) aims to develop next generation curriculum leaders through global education, research, and leadership programs.
Together IBE and INTED organised the first ever 10 days/60 hours of  STEM Professional Development Program’ for MEKTEBIM principals and teachers across Turkey, which offered workshops on the following topics and more:
  • Helping students engage in learning and build motivation
  • Transforming policies and practices in schools
  • Gamification in learning
  • Machine learning
  • Implementing AI in teacher lessons plans
  • Supporting students to develop computational thinking
  • Making STEM equitable and relevant
  • Lesson design for abstraction
  • Exploring creative computing
IBE and INTED believe that continuing professional development empowers educators to change the way they think and work towards a sustainable future.  Empowering teachers is the key of success.
