I consider it's very important event from the point of view of exchanging the experiences and to enlarge the level of the context and communications between all of us every country possesses its own experience. Every country has its own practice of cooperation with Mexico. But Mexico is the unit, which unites all activity in favor of the promotion of culture and development of their cultural activities and the whole world. that's why we use it not only. Our own experience, but to learn something to get a new ideas to push them for the implementation in our own countries, we consider it's very important and I personally would like to have annual meetings like that with all the ministries of the world.
