The Transformation Support Unit will contribute to the work carried out by the Thematic Working Groups, ensure consistency and coordination between the various teams and departments, ensure that the transformation process runs smoothly and support the Steering Committee, led by the Deputy Director General. The Support Unit will be able to count on the DPI’s support for communicating on the transformation process.
