H2Ooooh! initiative

An estimated 884 million people worldwide do not have access to safe water. Almost 1.5 million children die every year from waterborne diseases.

Climate Change, population growth, increasing urbanization, chemical pollution and invasive species are the main factors contributing to the deterioration of water quality, while the variability in extreme events has considerably  increased in recent years. The consequences for the  environment and for living beings are considerable.

Gruppo Alcuni in collaboration with UNESCO and RAI Fiction developed a first 3-D animated television series, focusing on the issue of water protection and sustainable use. Today, the H2Ooooh! initiative is expanding worldwide.
