Palestine continues efforts to safeguard living heritage during the COVID-19 pandemic

10 June 2020 –

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, a planned training workshop was held online during the first week of May 2020, and attended by participants from the heritage department of the Ministry of Culture. Organized within the project “Strengthening national capacities for safeguarding Palestinian intangible cultural heritage”, the workshop focused on the preparation of nomination files for the lists of the 2003 Convention, and requests for international assistance from the Intangible Cultural Heritage Fund. ›››
