With one in five learners currently kept out of school, UNESCO convened a global videoconference of high education officials on 10 March 2020 to step up the emergency response and share strategies to minimize learning disruption worldwide. The seventy-two countries listed below were represented including 27 education ministers and 37 senior representatives.
