Bonn, Germany, 26- 27 November 2009 This international conference presents how Inclusive Education can be put into practice, particularly in poor countries with limited resources. It addresses a large range of educational settings, from pre-school education and primary education, to post-primary and education leading to preparing youth for the world of work. The conference will discuss the type of pre-conditions that should be met in order to build inclusive education systems. On basis of current experiences, participants will analyse possible challenges and barriers and come up with recommendations that may lead to more inclusive education. This conference is organised by the Disability and Development Cooperation (Bezev) in collaboration with Enablement/Netherlands, Handicap International and Kindernothilfe. For more information:
