Best practices manual on democracy education

Part I of this manual contains introductory chapters by South African democracy education expert David McQuoid-Mason and Canadian curriculum specialist Matthew Hiebert. Part II gives descriptions of democracy education in a number of countries that have undergone or are undergoing the transition to democracy.
