UNESCO IITE participating in the first ever TEDx online conference

On April 30, from 14:00 to 20:00 Moscow time, the first ever TEDx virtual conference will take place under the title: “Chronicles of the future. My new world: instructions for use.” The broadcast will be in the open access through a registration link.

This time, education will be in the spotlight. Current challenges will be discussed by 10 high-level speakers from 4 countries: Russia, China, the USA and Canada in the format of TED-talks.

Among the speakers will be Tao Zhan, Director of the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education. Prof. Asha Kanwar, President and CEO of Commonwealth of Learning and Jeff Maggionkalda, CEO of Coursera, will also share their perspectives. All of the experts are members of the UNESCO global coalition for education, created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and they are residents of the UNESCO IITE educational platform “Keep learning. Together we are on the move!
