Capital expenditure on ICT on education

Definition

Expenditure on ICT assets within the context of educational institutions that last longer than one year. It includes expenditure on construction, renovation and major repairs of infrastructure (e.g. computer or audiovisual laboratories), computer networks, main telephone lines, cable installations, satellite dishes and other ICT equipment. Capital expenditure on the acquisition of computers, servers, audiovisual materials, radio sets, television sets and other related ICT equipment that last longer than one year is also included.
