Ratification by Grenada of the Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (Buenos Aires, 13 July 2019)

On 28 August 2020, Grenada deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Grenada is thus the first State to express its consent to be bound by the Convention.

In accordance with the terms of its Article V.2, the Convention shall enter into force one month after the date on which four (4) UNESCO Member States of the Latin America and Caribbean Region have consented to be bound by the Convention by any of the means specified in Article V.1.2.
