The MCJ programmed interventions in 12 prioritized districts with 10 programs to promote the exercise of cultural rights, with theater workshops, concerts, reading access activities, film shows and more. This programming was included in the National Development Plan 2019-2022. The MCJ is part of the Prevention Component of the Bridge to Development Strategy and works with other institutions to ensure preferential access for people in poverty to the State's programmatic offer. This is done under the rectory of the Ministry of Human Development and Social Inclusion.
