    Agenda and reports of the Legal Committee of the 40th session of the General Conference

    By its 206 EX/Decision 27.IV, the Executive Board recommended to the 40th session of the General Conference Mr Pierre Michel Eisemann (France) for the office of Chairperson of the Legal Committee.

    In accordance with the draft plan of the organization of the work of the 40th session of the General Conference (40 C/2 Prov.), the Legal Committee will consider the following items of the agenda of the General Conference *:
