The 14th episode of the Patrimonito cartoon series on the theme of World Heritage and Sustainable Tourism is now available.

The episode takes place at the natural World Heritage site of the Dja Faunal Reserve in Cameroon, which is one of the largest in Africa and is especially known for being home to many animal and plant species. Several of them are globally threatened today such as the western lowland gorillas, the chimpanzees, and the forest elephants.

In this episode, Patrimonito and young people get involved in protecting the animals and the forest of the Dja Faunal Reserve with the help of local communities in order to contribute to better protection and conservation of the site and the development of sustainable tourism.

This episode of the Patrimonito cartoon series is based on the winning storyboard on the theme of World Heritage and Sustainable Tourism of the Patrimonito Storyboard Competition 2010 - 2011.
