ANG Ming Chee, a political scientist, is the General Manager of George Town World Heritage Incorporated. Specialized in resource mobilization and policy making, Ang incorporated World Heritage Site management with principles of intangible cultural heritage safeguarding, sustainable tourism, green agenda and disaster risk management, to address issues and challenges according to the local context. ANG provides inputs on heritage related matters at government committees and technical panels. She has conducted more than 100 cultural heritage related projects and programs through the principle of people, professional and public partnership. She has demonstrated experience in transforming ideas into pragmatic strategies through scientific methodologies and organic adaptation to local culture.
