Ms Valentina Lapiccirella Zingari

Valentina Lapiccirella Zingari (1962) is an anthropologist with a PhD from the University of Siena, Italy. Since 1997, she develops ethnographical, participatory and community-based approaches in the process of heritage-making, in the fields of museography, oral history, audiovisual archives, and ICH. Since 2009, for the Italian Society for Museum and Heritage Anthropology - SIMBDEA, she follows the processes related to the implementation of the UNESCO ICH Convention in Italy and the international dialogue between the UNESCO accredited NGOs, collaborating since 2010 in the ICH NGO Forum.
