Ms Tokelo Christina Mapena

Tokelo Christina MAPENA is a Senior Heritage Officer in the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Culture in Kingdom of Lesotho. Her interest in the area of cultural heritage has earned her a Master of Arts Degree in Cultural Heritage from the Central European University, Budapest, Hungary focusing on Heritage Research, Policy and Management. She has been working as Lesotho`s Focal Point Person for the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2012. She is has now been trained as UNESCO facilitator for 2003 Convention and has facilitated a number of trainings in Lesotho.
