Sandra Helena Mascarenhas Martins is from Cabo Verde. She worked as facilitator in Guinea Bissau, in 2016. After a carrer at the National Archives as researcher and conservator she decided to take a master in Heritage, tourism and development. She is Director of ICH, since 2015. Over the past 4 years, she worked on inventorying projects and lead the process of Morna’s nomination, in 2018.
