¹In accordance with its Article X.2, this Convention will enter into force on 1 February 2018 for those States that have expressed their consent to be bound by this Convention on or before 19 December 2017. It shall enter into force with respect to any other State on the first day of the month following the expiration of a period of one month after the date of expressing its consent to be bound by the Convention.
