About the publication

This Review brings together five studies, four of which describe national mobile learning initiatives (Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay); recommendations for improvements specific to each experience are incorporated into the analysis of each case. The fifth document presents a comparative study of the experiences gathered, and delves into guidelines for decision-makers, academics and educators interested in mobile learning policies and teacher training in high-tech contexts.
