Mr. Illia Fetysov is a well-known Ukrainian researcher of intangible cultural heritage, and leader of “Bozhychi” Folk Ensemble (since 1999) and School of Traditional Folkdances (since 2005). He studied in P.Chaykovskyy National Music Academy of Ukraine (1996-2001), Folklore Department, and is specialized as a musicologist. He joined the facilitators network in 2011. He is the Chairman of the Expert Council for ICH of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine since 2017 (Deputy Chairman 2013-2016), Deputy Chairman of Award Committee for prize for safeguarding of ICH of the Ministry of culture of Ukraine since 2017.
