Le pays est en voie d'élaboration d'une politique culturelle . Il a également initié un projet de loi portant politique culturelle. A ce jour, ce projet de loi se trouve au parlement.

Oui, en effet. Le projet viendra permettre non seulement une meilleure compréhension de la Convention au niveau local mais aussi une appropriation pour une meilleure mise en œuvre.
