The project has not been pre- selected. The targeted beneficiaries are in Kenya and Zimbabwe yet the applicant is a local NGO; some of the activities to be undertaken such as pre- production and production are not supported by IFCD. The applicant attached a registration document which does not conclusively demonstrate that it is a not profit organization.
